Thank you for your willingness to serve our students and take part in their most anticipated event of the IY year—our Immanuel Youth fall camping trip, September 19th–21st!! We will be carpooling to Country Lake Christian Retreat in Underwood, IN (approx. 30–45 mins. from the church) around 4:00p on Friday evening and return on Sunday morning in time for the main service.
As a volunteer, all costs of the trip will be covered, excluding the sweatshirt (due to rising costs). Furthermore, also due to a rise in expenses, there are unfortunately no student waivers for parents who volunteer. Volunteer Registration Information
Cabins are provided for parent volunteers if needed. However, please state your lodging preference. The final decision will be determined based on need.
We’re thankful to be able to cover most expenses for our leaders and volunteers to make this trip possible. However, to help keep student costs low, sweatshirts are not included in this coverage.
