If you do not yet know someone for this length of time, include the name of the Immanuel member who knows you best and how long you've known them.

Nursery During Worship Service (Serve once every 6+ weeks. 10:00-11:55) Nursery Sunday School (Serve every Sunday for 3 months. Off for 3 months. 8:40-10:05) Elementary Sunday School (Serve every Sunday, August-May or June-August 8:40-10:05) Sunday School Floater (Serve once per month in the room with most need that day, 8:40-10:05) I am interested in hearing more about serving children with special needs. I would like to learn more about the summer camp, Fourth Street Camp, for 3rd-8th Graders. I am filling out this form for Security Team.
